Movies...

The Forgotten

So, I finally saw The Forgotten, last weekend. (yes, I know it took me awhile to write, but with blogs you actually have to feel like writing or it sounds too forced!)

It was a very interesting concept! I liked it though. It's definitely not like a lot of the other movies you see. Not predictable by any means. There were a couple slow spots, but not too bad.

On the DVD there is a optional extended version with an alternate ending. Which I think is pretty cool. It's always fun to see the different ideas they had even though they didn't make it to the "theatrical version". Although I did like the ending that they kept it as better!
Here is the description from the Netflix envelope:
"A desperate mother tries to prove the existence of her missing son in this chilling psychological thriller. Unable to cope with the loss of her 8-year-old boy, Tell Paretta (Julianne Moore) seeks counsel from a psychiatrist (Gary Sinise), who tells her that her son was merely a figment of her imagination. After meeting another parent Dominic West) with the same story, Tell sets out to uncover the truth."

The movie is rated PG-13. I definitely recommend this movie, it's not a "scary" movie!

I wanted to make sure I told you my opinion on this movie, since I mentioned it in an earlier post.

Another great movie that I saw recently:

SNL: Best of Jimmy Fallon

This is hilarious! It's not really a movie "per say", but it's a great collection of all his skits! He is one of my favorites,we were laughing like crazy watching this one!! If you like Jimmy or just want a good laugh you have to see this! It even has his audition video for SNL on it (which is very funny).

Well, that's all the good movie's that I've seen recently.
