Last night's visit

Wyatt's "wonderful" aunt (lol), great uncle and cousins came over and visited last night. We had a nice visit, it was a lot of fun. We had some pizza, listened to some great guitar playing, and passed the baby around. Here are some pictures:

Last Friday

Last Friday Nanny came down to visit. My mom, Nanny and I had a nice lunch. It was a short visit but we had a great time! She was even able to see Wyatt before she left. Here are a couple picture from then:

This was such a great verse to get in my email today; after my night of thinking last night. No matter what happens in our lives God has a purpose for each and everyone of us. As long as we follow His will for us, than we will be working towards that purpose.

I just pray that we all will work for God's purpose, and to help each other continue to move forward with their purposes.

Hope you all are having a great week! I took one of my finals, today! I have one on Fri. and one Mon. I'm looking forward to my weekend of studying Statistics! :o) And I am looking forward to next weekend even more!!!

Just Another Manic Monday

It's not really "manic" but it is Monday, and I loved the Bangles when I was younger so that is my explanation for the title!

For those of you that I didn't talk to about this....I had to turn my final research paper for my College Comp. class in on Fri. I did my paper on homeschooling. I got it back graded today and I got a 203/200! So I was pretty happy! (There was extra points that were available, and I got some!)

I just wanted to thank my aunts that helped out! Your input helped a lot! Especially since you both had some unique perspectives, that I couldn't get from articles, etc. So THANK YOU very much for your time & help!!

Well, last week was my last full week of classes! The last day that classes meet is Wed. and then finals start on Thurs.

I took my final chapter test in Stats. today, and then our final exam (which is cumulative) is next Mon.

I'm taking my Comp. final on Wed (it is on grammer). Then my Sociology final is on Fri. So it's gonna be a buys week/weekend studying and getting all the final work turned in. So if you could say a little prayer that I will stay focused and get everything done efficiently I would appreciate it!

For those of you "up north" I miss you, and I plan on visiting very soon! Those "out west" I miss you too, and hope to see you all soon too, but maybe not as soon as the others! :o)

Wyatt's Dedication

Our Pastor Mike came over this evening, along with his wife Mrs. Karen to dedicate Wyatt to The Lord. It was very nice. My Grandma & Grandpa were there also. Here is the only picture I got to take because he was pretty sleepy tonight. (he went in for his 6 mos. checkup and got 4 shots) But thought I would share it with you!

My very own camera

I just got this camera last night! It's the first digital camera I've ever had and I'm so excited that I was able to get money saved up to buy it! It is so nice! It has 7.2 mega pixels, zoom, and it even has a movie mode, with sound! It is so great! I've been taking pictures of various things today, it's so much fun!

It'll be nice to have my own camera to load my own pictures onto the computer so that I can post them on here! It's so great!!!! (All the other pictures were on my dads camera!) I'm so excited and just wanted to share! It'll be a lot of fun to have the camera for little vacations, & our Alabama trips! Instead of the those disposable ones! (don't get me wrong, the disposable did good for me, for so long, but now it's time for a nice camera of my own!! )

Four Generations

After 6 months, Wyatt's first visit with his Great Grandparents. This was the day that they flew in from CO. We thought it would be appropriate to put on his Broncos gear!

We had mini birthday party for my brother on Mon. night! It was nice that Wyatt was over to visit & celebrate with us! Here are a few of the many pictures from that night...

Meg's Prom

It's been awhile....because of all the craziness around here (I'm sure you all aren't surprised by that though...) Well, this past weekend was Meg's Jr. Prom. The girls all meet @ Rachael's house for pictures before they went off to dinner at Portobello Yacht Club.

My mom and I chauffeured the five girls from the picture (minus Diana) to the restaurant (Rachael's parents let us borrow their Excursion, so it was like a limo). We ate with them along with Rachael's "date", and my dad.

We had such a great time from the moment we walked in. The girls (as you can see) looked beautiful! All eyes were on them when we were in the lobby (and pretty much the whole time). A little girl actually offered Meg her own necklace to wear (how cute)!

On our way to the table another little girl asked her mom "Are they princesses?" (hehe the girls enjoyed that)

When we sat down, we were brought an array of appetizers. They were wonderful. It was so funny a few of us don't normally eat some of the foods(ie. mushrooms), but we were like it looks so good, gotta try it! And it was amazing! I know one of Meg's friends was like I don't normally like mushrooms, but those mushrooms are awesome! She ate a bunch of them!

While we were sitting, a little girl (the one from before) walked up to Megan from a table behind us with a marker and a kid's menu, and asked Megan for her autograph! (LoL). It was the cutest thing ever! Then the little girl's brother asked Rachael's "date" for his autograph. It was so cute. They got a couple more of our autos then they all posed for a picture (with the kids)!

We finished the apps. and were brought our food. Pretty much everyone split a meal with someone else, because there was just not much room left. Throughout the meal the girls kept getting comments from people walking by about the occasion, etc. I could tell they were really loving the attention (all the girls are in drama, so being a "star" was appealing!)

After dinner we all pretty much decided there was no room left in our tummies for anything else...and then the server brought us more plates and spoons....WOW dessert?!!!!???...followed by 3 plates of combination of different desserts! yum yum!! Needless to say...we found room!

It was amazing! The girls each got Dave's autograph on their menu's! It was so cute! I know that they all were glad that dinner was there! (thanks dave...again!)

Then we left for prom. They went to prom and mom and I walked around the hotel! It was an amazing resort! We picked up the girls and headed to our house around 12:15 or so.

When we go home we all watched Zoolander and feel asleep on the den floor...oh wait...not before eating a cookie sundae. Mom bought one of those huge cookie cakes & had Prom 2005 written on it! The girls had a great time! And since it was 2 of the girls senior prom, I think it was a hit!

And of course not only was last weekend prom but it was SPRING FORWARD!! I don't know about you but I hate springing forward! It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of! So not only did most of us not go to sleep until 3:30 Sun. a.m. we also, lost an hour! Fun I know! :o) So we pretty much just chilled at home all Sunday! Just thought I would share the memories and pictures with you all!(there are more to come, these are the only ones on the digital camera though)
