Good times!
Wyatt's day of arrival!
Wyatt is all smiles & daddy is a little pooped from the drive. We had such a great time with Wyatt. He is just talking soo well! I have some videos of him & I might upload them onto You Tube so that you guys can see!
He's definitely my brother's son....he is so funny. He says the cutest things...I work with 2 year olds & none of mine actually joke around. It's soo cute, he says & does things & then looks to see if you are paying attention & laughing! He's silly!
Wyatt is also getting so tall. We measured him on the door in the laundry room that we always measure him on. Since the last time he was here (the beginning of June) he's grown around 3 or 4 inches!
Here are some of the fun things we all did with him while he was here:
we took him to the park, played in the red wagon over @ GGmama's, went on many lizard hunts (he loves to find lizards!), read lots of books, played with all his toys, had a ton of fun playing & splashing in the bath tub while daddy was bathing him (he would literally ask us while andrew was at work "Splash in the bath with daddy" ), he took good care on grandma's bearded dragons every morning he had to turn the light on for them & every night he turned it off, he loved playing the piano & singing Twinkle, Twinkle while he & I were playing, he loves to just run around the front yard...Andrew, grandma & I had him out there & he was just running back & forth to each of us, we went on walks in his Jeep stroller, he loved playing running over & seeing grandpa while he was working at the computer, & when grandpa was gone he loved spinning his chair, when megan was over to visit he loved "spinning around & around" with Megan. He kept saying " 1,2,3 do this" and then spin around! Wyatt also had lots of fun throwing varies things into "his pool" ie. balls, rocks, frisbee! He is just so adorable! When ever I was keeping an eye on him at the house when Andrew & my mom were changing or in the bathroom or something he just had to know where they were he'd say "I wanna go see Dada" or "I wanna go see Grandma" we'd find them & he'd be good! He loves them soo much. He definitely has a really close bond with them both.
I watched him when daddy was at work & he couldn't wait for him to get home, daddy brought him surprises after work so throughout the day he would tell me "Daddy bring me a surprise!" When grandma worked she'd do the same, he loved it. We had a lot of fun together while they were at work. He was so comfortable, but I do think he felt even better once they got home!
I love home he called me both Jesee & Jessica...he'd switch between the two! How cute! I think he says Jessica better then almost all the 2 year olds in my class and most of my kids are 2 1/2 he says "Jess-i-ca" all three syllables! What a big boy!
Well that's enough bragging on my nephew for now. Now you have to check out some of the pictures!
